Earrings Return Policy
For hygiene reasons, all earrings must be unworn and not tried on to be eligible for a return or exchange.
Earrings may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided that:
- The earrings have not been worn or tried on.
- The earrings are in their original, unused condition with no signs of wear or damage.
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included.
- The return meets all other requirements outlined in our Return Policy.
Worn or tried-on earrings are not eligible for return or exchange.
If you believe your earrings are defective or arrived damaged, please contact us at support@aureliegi.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue before sending the item back. Defective or damaged items will be reviewed by our team and may be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Please note that earrings returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
